When will I receive my order?

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 2-3 business days to craft your bracelet(s)

Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at support@safaraha.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We only offer standard shipping. Shipping typically takes 8-10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing for international orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping carrier's website. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

Because each of our products is lovingly handcrafted, all sales are generally final. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or personal preference.

That said, we stand by our quality. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product—even if it is a custom order—we will make it right. Please contact us at support@safaraha.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process.
