General Policy
At Safaraha, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products.
Due to the nature of our collections — many of which are handcrafted, personalized, or made with natural materials — all sales are considered final once your order is placed and confirmed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons including (but not limited to) change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@safaraha.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized products (including engraved, handmade, or religious-use items)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or fragrance items)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason, unless an exception applies.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must not fall under the exceptions listed above (e.g., custom or personalized items).
To start a return, please email us at support@safaraha.com with your order details.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days of receiving the return.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
